A Note from our Directors
At Students First, we take a unique approach towards tuition. We started independently tutoring before we met at university and quickly learned that being able to relate to our students was a big advantage.

We remembered what pre-exam anxiety felt like. We were able to share our top revision tips and study strategies (we were still putting them into practice ourselves!) Parents would often share with us that their child looked forward to lessons, were more interactive than at school and felt comfortable in sharing their struggles with us. We attributed this to the fact that we were students helping students.

This was the founding principle of Students First. Our focus is building solid student-tutor relationships. We believe that narrowing the age gap between pupil and teacher is key to promoting more engaging, interactive and comfortable learning without compromising on quality. We ensure that lesson content is aligned with the exam board syllabus, but is also tailored to our students’ individual needs.
